Synopsis:Extending, in Baltimore County, the time period to 1 year after which an alcoholic beverages license expires when the license holder has closed the business or stopped active alcoholic beverages business operations at the premises; establishing that submission of a certain request for a hardship extension automatically extends the life of a license for 2 years; clarifying that a hardship extension may not prolong the life of an inactive license for more than the total of the 2-year extension and a certain suspension period; etc.
