Synopsis:Authorizing a county or municipality to enact a law that establishes certain standards and requirements for a certain electric company to follow to maintain a certain property on which an overhead transmission line is located; specifying that certain standards and requirements may relate to certain maintenance and securement on certain property; and authorizing a county or municipality to impose a civil penalty of up to $500 for a first offense and up to $1,000 for each subsequent violation.
