Synopsis:Establishing the Baltimore County Anti-Bullying Task Force to compile data, for certain school years, on the incidence of certain forms of bullying in the public schools and to review current disciplinary actions and options for disciplinary actions for certain students; requiring the Task Force to submit a preliminary report by July 1, 2019, and a final report by December 1, 2020, to the Governor, the members of the Baltimore County delegation to the General Assembly, and certain local entities; etc.
