Synopsis:Establishing the Collaborative Care Pilot Program in the Maryland Department of Health to establish and implement a Collaborative Care Model in primary care settings in which health care services are provided to Program recipients enrolled in HealthChoice; requiring the Department to administer the Pilot Program and to select up to three sites, including one in a rural area of the State if practicable, to participate; requiring the Governor to include in the annual budget $550,000 for certain fiscal years for the Pilot Program; etc.
