Synopsis:Requiring the State Board of Education to establish specified curriculum and graduation requirements for specified students; requiring the State Department of Education to make a specified assessment of specified students by a specified school year; requiring the Department, in collaboration with specified local school systems and specified community colleges, to develop and implement specified courses for the 12th grade by a specified school year; requiring high school students to enroll in a mathematics course each year; etc.
