Synopsis:Establishing a country club off-sale permit in Montgomery County; authorizing the Board of License Commissioners for Montgomery County to issue the permit to a holder of a country club license; authorizing a permit holder to sell wine by the bottle for off-premises consumption only at certain tasting events; requiring a permit holder to notify the Board in writing 14 days before each tasting event; prohibiting a permit holder from holding more than twelve tasting events in a calendar year or two tasting events in one month; etc.
