Alcoholic Beverages - Maximum Alcohol Content

Synopsis:Prohibiting a person from selling at retail an alcoholic beverage with an alcohol content of 95% (190 proof) or more; and providing that a person who violates the provision is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
