Synopsis:Prohibiting a tax sale of real property solely to enforce liens for unpaid water, sewer, and sanitary system services; providing a specified exception to the prohibition on specified tax sales of real property; repealing a specified prohibition on specified tax sales made obsolete by the Act; and providing that the Act applies prospectively to liens attaching to real property on or after October 1, 2017.
