Synopsis:Establishing an auxiliary wine permit; authorizing the Comptroller to issue the permit to a Class 4 limited winery for use at a location off the licensed premises anywhere in the State; providing that there is no limit as to the number of permits that may be issued to a single applicant; authorizing the holder of the permit to exercise the privileges with specified exceptions that are allowed at the premises for which the holder's Class 4 license is issued; providing for a $250 annual permit fee; etc.
