Synopsis:Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $105,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Melwood Horticultural Training Center, Inc. for the construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Melwood Recreation Center, including replacing an old barn, renovating storage buildings, and replacing the HVAC system, located in Nanjemoy, Charles County; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; etc.
