Synopsis:Requiring the County Executive of Prince George's County to transmit to the clerk of the Prince George's County Council the name of a specified individual appointed to fill a vacancy of an elected member of the Prince George's County Board of Education; and altering a provision relating to a rejection of a specified appointment to establish that, if the County Council does not disapprove the appointment within 45 days after the transmittal of the name of the appointee, the appointment shall be considered approved.
