Synopsis:Providing that the Maryland Pharmacy Act does not apply to a person who only dispenses prescription devices that do not contain a prescription drug, prescription devices within which the only prescription drug is medical oxygen, durable medical equipment as defined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, or prosthetics, orthotics and related supplies.
