Synopsis:Allowing a qualified business entity to claim a credit against the State income tax for employing individuals who have been unemployed for at least 1 year immediately before being employed by the qualified business entity; providing that the credit may not exceed a specified amount; defining a specified term; and applying the Act to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2015.
