Synopsis:Repealing, as of a specified date, provisions of law requiring the Developmental Disabilities Administration to develop and implement a funding system for the distribution of State funds to specified providers to provide community-based services; requiring the Administration to conduct a study, develop and implement a plan, develop a strategy, provide for specified payments, develop a billing and payment system, establish a payment schedule, and consult with stakeholders; requiring a study on or before September 30, 2017; etc.
