Synopsis:Establishing the Poly-Morphone-Assisted Treatment Pilot Program; defining "Poly-Morphone-Assisted Treatment" as administering or dispensing of pharmaceutical-grade heroin, hydromorphone, or other opiates by a health care practitioner to select opioid-dependent individuals; requiring the Program to begin on or before January 1, 2018, and to continue for a period of 4 years; establishing the Poly-Morphone-Assisted Treatment Pilot Program Advisory Board; providing for the purpose and membership of the Advisory Board; etc.
