Synopsis:Prohibiting a consumer reporting agency from charging a fee for the placement, temporary lift, or removal of a security freeze requested by a consumer or a certain consumer representative within 90 days after a certain data breach; altering the contents of a certain notice that must be included with a summary of rights provided to a consumer; requiring a consumer reporting agency that keeps a file on a consumer to maintain a toll-free customer call center; requiring the consumer reporting agency to publicize the availability of a call center; etc.
