Synopsis:Requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services or the managing official of a correctional facility to give notice to the United States Department of Homeland Security of the impending release from a State correctional facility or a local correctional facility of an inmate who has an undocumented immigration status or is otherwise not lawfully permitted to be present in the country at least 10 days prior to the inmate's release from custody.
