Synopsis:Altering the definition of "written certification", for purposes of certain provisions of law governing medical cannabis, to require that a written certification issued by a certifying provider to a certain qualifying patient include a certain recommendation on the amount of medical cannabis that would be necessary to meet the medical needs of the qualifying patient.
