Synopsis:Requiring a person placed on probation for a misdemeanor violation of the Maryland Vehicle Law to have unsupervised probation unless the violation was a specified offense relating to drunk or drugged driving or the person was placed on probation previously for a violation of the Maryland Vehicle Law.
