Synopsis:Enabling certain private entities to accept the use of a certain substitute address by a victim of domestic abuse who is a participant in an address confidentiality program; authorizing an individual who acquires an ownership interest in real property while participating in a certain address confidentiality program to request the shielding of real property records concerning the property in accordance with certain provisions of law; requiring the Secretary of State to adopt regulations to carry out certain provisions of law; etc.
