Synopsis:Authorizing recipients of a senatorial or delegate scholarship to use the scholarship to reimburse certain educational expenses for a certificate or license program at a community college if the recipient is currently enrolled or was enrolled in the last 2 years; and exempting certain applicants from the requirement that certain senatorial scholarship recipients take a certain examination and be enrolled in certain institutions.
