Synopsis:Requiring the State Board of Education to require a county board of education to award graduation credit to a high school student who completes work-based training or classroom instruction under a registered apprenticeship program; requiring the State Board to require a county board to count toward high school attendance the time certain apprentices spend during certain work-based training; requiring the Division of Workforce Development to make a certain annual report to the General Assembly by June 30; etc.
