Synopsis

Requiring an institution of higher education, within 30 days after accepting a student to transfer to the institution, to request and obtain records of any disciplinary actions taken against the student from certain institutions of higher education; requiring the institution of higher education to impose certain individualized conditions on the attendance and enrollment of a certain student who has violated a certain sexual assault policy; etc.
