Synopsis:Establishing the Task Force on Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprise Participation in Procurement; providing the purpose of the Task Force is to study, investigate, and compare programs of veteran-owned businesses and to make specified recommendations for legislative and regulatory changes to increase compliance with the State's 1% purchasing goals for veteran-owned small business participation in State procurement; requiring the Task Force to report its findings to the Governor and General Assembly by December 31, 2017; etc.
