Synopsis
Prohibiting an individual from operating a vessel on the waters of the State while another individual is riding on or suspended from the vessel's bow, gunwale, or transom in a dangerous manner; establishing a maximum penalty of $300 for a violation of the Act; and authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to adopt specified regulations.
