Synopsis:Altering the period of time from 12 months to 18 months in which the Department of Housing and Community Development is required to adopt each subsequent version of the Maryland Building Performance Standards; and altering the period of time from 6 months to 12 months in which a local jurisdiction is required to implement and enforce a modification of the Maryland Building Performance Standards adopted by the State.
