Synopsis:Repealing a specified duty of a local election director; repealing the requirement that the State Board of Elections print specified forms; requiring political parties to certify to the State Board the residential addresses of candidates; repealing the requirement that specified candidates be identified on the ballot by the state in which the candidate resides; altering from 20 to 8 days the time after which a candidate who fails to file a specified financial disclosure statement is deemed to have withdrawn the candidacy; etc.
