State Personnel - Collective Bargaining - Requests for Information About Employees in Bargaining Units

Synopsis:

Requiring that, on request of an exclusive representative of employees in a bargaining unit, the employer of the employees in the bargaining unit must provide a list of the names and last known work addresses of the employees to the exclusive representative; requiring an employer to give specified notice to an employee before providing the employee's name and address to an exclusive representative; authorizing an employee to direct an exclusive representative to remove specified information from specified lists; etc.
