Business Occupations and Professions - Real Estate Brokers - Use of Designated Name

Synopsis:

Prohibiting licensed real estate brokers from advertising unless the designated name of the broker is included in the advertisement and the name of the business with which the broker is affiliated is included, and is the full name of the business and not a logo; authorizing licensed real estate brokers to provide real estate brokerage services under a designated name approved by the State Real Estate Commission; etc.
