Synopsis
                                Altering the statute of limitations applicable to a certain offense relating to the prohibition against intercepting and disclosing any wire, oral, or electronic communications and reclassifying the offense  as a misdemeanor instead of a felony punishable by a period of imprisonment of up to 5 years or a fine of not more than $10,000 or both.
