Synopsis:Repealing the method of determining the annual salary of the Sheriff of Prince George's County; providing that beginning with calendar year 2014, the annual salary of the Sheriff shall equal the salary of a circuit court judge; and providing that the Act does not apply to the salary or compensation of the incumbent Sheriff during a specified term of office.
