§7.5–901.

    (a)    In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

    (b)    “Council” means the Opioid Restitution Fund Advisory Council.

    (c)    “Fund” means the Opioid Restitution Fund established under § 7–331 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.
