Synopsis:

Altering certain reimbursement procedures for certain services in certain facilities under the Maryland Medical Assistance Program; authorizing a hospital that has transferred certain outpatient services to an off-site facility due to zoning restrictions at the hospital campus to elect to have these services subject to Title 19, Subtitle 2 of the Health - General Article under certain circumstances; etc.
