Synopsis:

Repealing a requirement that a patient give informed consent to a blood test if a specified exposure involving the patient and a health care provider occurs; requiring a physician, on request by a health care provider, to order that a blood sample of a patient be tested for the presence of HIV under specified circumstances; deeming a patient to have consented to a test of the blood sample of the patient for the presence of HIV under specified circumstances; etc.
