Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $612,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Adventist HealthCare for the construction, reconstruction, repair, renovation, reconfiguration, and capital equipping of the emergency department, including the chest pain center, the pediatric emergency department, and the sexual abuse assault center, at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund.
