Synopsis:

Providing that the counties and Baltimore City may obtain insurance or be assessed for insurance for coverage and payment of certain expenses arising out of claims under the Maryland Tort Claims Act against State's Attorneys, members of boards of license commissioners, members of boards of supervisors of elections of counties, judges of circuit courts and orphans' courts, and specified employees.
