Electric Companies and Gas Companies - Use of Trade Names and Trademarks

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the use of the trade name or trademark of an electric company or a gas company by specified persons for specified purposes under specified circumstances; providing that the Act applies to specified persons engaged in specified activities relating to heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration services, plumbing services, appliances, and home improvements; providing that existing obligations or contract rights may not be impaired by the Act; providing for a delayed effective date; etc.
