Incarceration
Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to suspend the
Maryland Medical Assistance Program and Maryland Children's Health
Program benefits for individuals under the age of 18 who are
incarcerated; and prohibiting the Department from terminating the
Program or the Maryland Children's Health Program benefits for
individuals under the age of 18 based on the incarceration of the
individual.
