Synopsis:

Requiring each county or municipality that owns or operates a swimming pool to develop and implement a specified automated external defibrillator program that meets specified requirements for specified swimming pools; requiring the owners and operators of specified swimming pools to develop and implement a specified automated external defibrillator program that meets specified requirements; requiring specified State agencies to adopt regulations; etc.
