Estates and Trusts - Deceased Personality - Property Rights
Establishing that a person who uses a specified deceased personality's
name, voice, signature, photograph, or likeness on or in products,
merchandise, or goods, or for purposes of advertising or selling, or
soliciting purchases of, products, merchandise, goods, or services, is
liable for specified damages; establishing the amount of damages for
an action brought under the Act; establishing that specified rights
are transferable and descendible; etc.
