Program - Project Proposals
Increasing from $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 the maximum sum of
contributions for specified projects under the Neighborhood and
Community Assistance Program that are eligible for a specified tax
credit; and authorizing the Department of Housing and Community
Development to give preference to a proposal for a specified project
that benefits a neighborhood conservation district designated under
the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development's
Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
