Establishing a Centers for Independent Living Fund in the Division of
Rehabilitation Services (Division) in the State Department of
Education; providing that funds for the program be included in the
budget of the Division; providing that a center for independent living
that is accredited by the Division and the Maryland Statewide
Independent Living Council (Council) is eligible to receive funds
available under the Act; authorizing the Division and the Council to
jointly contract with centers for independent living; etc.
