Vehicle Laws - Commemorative Registration Plates - Education
Authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to issue special
commemorative registration plates for an educational commemoration of
statewide significance; increasing to two the number of commemorative
registration plates that the MVA may issue at any one time; and
authorizing the MVA to disburse surplus funds received from the sale
of commemorative registration plates to a local governmental entity
closely related to the theme that the registration plates commemorate,
subject to regulations adopted by the MVA.
