Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to revoke or suspend the
driving privilege for a certain period of a child under the age of 18
years found to have violated drugged or drunk driving laws; and
requiring the Administration to suspend for 6 months or 1 year the
driving privilege of a child under the age of 18 years for
accumulating a certain number of points against a provisional driver's
license, for drugged or drunk driving; etc.
