Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study the Effect of the Drug Ritalin on School Children; providing for the membership, duties, staffing, and termination of the Task Force; and requiring the Task Force to submit a report of its findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly by January 1, 1997.
