Vehicle Laws - Failure to Attend Point System Conference - Penalties

Synopsis:

Authorizing the MVA to require an individual who fails to attend a point system conference to attend a driver improvement program or alcohol education program; providing that the MVA shall require certain individuals to attend a conference based on the accumulation of a certain number of points in a certain period; etc.
