Baltimore County - Alcoholic Beverages (Owings Mills Town Center)

Synopsis:

Providing that the Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore County may authorize the transfer of a certain number of alcoholic beverages licenses from District 15 into the Owings Mills Town Center on October 1, 1996 providing for the terms and conditions of the licenses and transfers; providing for the abrogation of the Act in 2002; etc.
