Synopsis:

Urging all facilities that offer to provide or provide specialized care or services for people with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias by means of an Alzheimer's Special Care Unit/Program to provide disclosure to consumers, and the appropriate State agency or agencies, regarding these specialized services.
