Crimes - Presence of a Child - Penalties

Synopsis:

Establishing penalties for committing an assault, a sexual offense, voluntary manslaughter, murder, and related offenses in the presence of a child; establishing that a sentence imposed under the Act may be separate from and consecutive to or concurrent with a sentence for any offense based on the act or acts establishing the violation of the Act; and defining the terms "child" and "in the presence of a child".
