Creation of a State Debt - Chesapeake Wildlife Sanctuary Education Facility

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Chesapeake Wildlife Sanctuary for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of an educational center for wildlife conservation, the facility to include classrooms, an auditorium, a library, and a museum, to be located in Silver Spring and also to be used for in-service training for teachers and for a day camp.
